How this works

Everything is printed to order in the USA. Most orders leave the facility in 2 to 5 business days, then take another 3 to 5 in transit. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Standard shipping is $5.99 for the first item and $2.50 for each item after that. Orders over $75 ship free. We currently ship to United States addresses only.

Check your address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address was entered wrong, we can send it back out, but you'll need to cover the reship.

All sales are final. Every item is printed specifically for you once you order it, so there's nothing to restock. We don't offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size, or a color that looked different on your screen.

If we got it wrong, we fix it free. If your item shows up damaged, misprinted, or it's simply not what you ordered, email orders@shotgunshiesty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to ship the original back.

Please use the size guide before you order. Sizing is the single most common reason people want to swap something, and it's the one thing we can't undo once it's printed.

Our tees and hoodies run true to a standard unisex fit. Detailed measurements for each garment are listed on that product's page, since a tee and a hoodie don't measure the same way.

Between sizes, or want a roomier fit? Size up. Not sure at all? Email orders@shotgunshiesty.com before you order and we'll talk you through it, which is a lot easier than fixing it after.

By placing an order you agree to these terms and confirm the information you gave us is accurate. Prices and availability can change without notice. Drops are limited and we can't guarantee a design comes back once it's gone.

All designs, artwork, and the Shotgun Shiesty name are our property. Please don't reproduce or resell them.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing here limits any right you have that can't legally be limited.

Product photos are mockups. Print placement and colour can vary slightly between items, which is normal for printed apparel and isn't a defect.

If something is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error on our end, we may cancel that order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

We collect only what we need to get you your order and stay in touch: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Stripe asks for the phone number as part of checkout.

Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Fulfillment is handled by Printful, who receive your shipping details so they can print and mail your order. We don't sell your information to anybody.

If you joined our email list, that address is stored with Resend, who also send our order confirmations. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we stop when you use it.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting. Want your information deleted? Email orders@shotgunshiesty.com and we'll take care of everything we're not legally required to hold on to.

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, so there are no cookies beyond what Stripe needs to process your payment.
